WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The distance between Rome and Florence is around 300 kilometers (185 miles).
The ride usually takes 3 hours but that may vary in base of the traffic.
If you are flying into Rome's airport please be sure you provide the correct Flight Information (Flight Number, Date, and Time of arrival in Rome). Service cannot be provided if incorrect flight information is received.
Prices are quoted per Vehicle and include 1 drop-off location in central Rome. Additional Pick ups / Drop Off are EXTRA
Once you submitted your reservation information, please allow up to 24 hours for your reservation request to be processed and to receive a confirmation email from our staff informing you of availability to accommodate your request.
Payment for your Rome Airport Transfers can be made in EUROS directly to your driver on the Date of Service or prepaid in advance via PayPal or Credit Card online after we confirm your Airport Transfer.
Please place your airport transfer booking requests at least 36 hours in advance as last-minute requests may not be possible as transfer requests are confirmed pending availability on the date and time requested.
Please advise if you are traveling with children 8 years and younger and if you require a child seat or booster seat to be provided.
Starting from your scheduled pickup time, your driver will wait 60 minutes free of charge.
Additional fee of 50 euros for night rides (9.00 PM - 7.00 AM)
