Waiting time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting; hotel and other standard pickups include 15 minutes. Extra waiting is charged in 30-minute increments. Confirm the meeting time and any extra charges with us when booking.

Luggage and child seats

Luggage must fit in the luggage compartment; no suitcases are permitted in the passenger cabin. Declare oversized items and request child seats in advance. If your luggage exceeds the selected vehicle capacity, another vehicle may be required.

Prices and confirmation

Prices are per vehicle. A €50 night supplement applies from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Your request is subject to availability; the required deposit confirms the reservation. The balance can be paid to the driver by cash or card, as agreed at booking.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible to change your pickup details. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup qualify for a 95% refund under our cancellation policy.
