Your private airport transfer includes up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the confirmed pickup time. If a pickup buffer after landing has been arranged, the complimentary waiting period begins at the confirmed pickup time. Additional waiting time is available for an extra charge.

Yes. You can request a pickup time later than your scheduled flight arrival to allow additional time for passport control and baggage collection. For example, if your flight is scheduled to land at 10:00 AM, you may request your pickup for 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM. The complimentary waiting time begins from the confirmed pickup time.

We monitor your flight online using the flight number provided during booking. If the flight is delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted according to the actual landing time.

A sedan can accommodate up to 2 passengers with a total of 2 checked suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. A minivan can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total of 6 checked suitcases and 6 carry-on bags. A minibus can accommodate up to 12 passengers with a total of 12 checked suitcases and 12 carry-on bags. Please provide the exact number and size of your bags when booking. Suitcases cannot be placed inside the passenger cabin, so an additional vehicle may be required if the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
